How to request a refund
Email support@vietcodex.dev within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used to buy. We'll process the refund through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
EU / UK consumers
The free version lets you fully evaluate TailGrab before buying. If you are an EU/UK consumer, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods applies; by purchasing you may be asked to agree that delivery (your license key) begins immediately. Either way, our 14-day guarantee above applies.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the extension returns to the free plan.
