This policy applies to all paid Vietcodex licenses (including TailGrab and AnswerGap). We want you to be happy with what you buy. If it isn't right for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@vietcodex.dev within 14 days of your purchase, from (or quoting) the email address you used to buy. We'll process the refund through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
EU / UK consumers
Every product has a free version so you can fully evaluate it before buying. If you are an EU/UK consumer, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods applies; by purchasing you may be asked to agree that delivery (your license key) begins immediately. Either way, our 14-day guarantee above applies.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the product returns to its free plan.
