Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AnswerGap browser extension and the AnswerGap Pro license, provided by Vietcodex ("we", "us"). By installing or using AnswerGap you agree to them.
1. The service
AnswerGap shows which sources AI search answers cite, whether your site is among them and which competitors are cited instead, and runs an on-page AI-readiness audit. The free plan allows a limited number of checks per day. AnswerGap Pro removes that limit and unlocks the full audit, fixes, schema generation, and competitor-gap analysis.
2. License
AnswerGap Pro is sold as a one-time license for personal or commercial use, activatable on up to three devices per license, and includes updates to the extension. The license is for your use; you may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key. We may deactivate keys that are shared or obtained fraudulently. Agency / white-label licenses are offered separately.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use AnswerGap lawfully and to respect the terms of the AI services and websites you use it on. AnswerGap analyzes content already delivered to your browser; it does not scrape or automate those services on your behalf. You are responsible for how you use the insights and any content it generates.
4. No guarantee of results
AI answers are probabilistic and change over time. AnswerGap reports what it observes and suggests improvements, but we do not guarantee any particular AI engine will cite your site, or any specific change in visibility, traffic, or ranking.
5. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices may change, but changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

7. Warranty & liability
AnswerGap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
